Q & A

Q1: When is the Skywave X series presale?

A: United States (and other US-region customers): August 26, 2025 — September 15, 2025.
Europe region: September 2, 2025 — September 20, 2025.
After each region’s event ends, the product price will return to the regular (post-sale) price.

Q2: How do the three pricing tiers work?

A: Pricing runs in three tiers during the presale:

  • Super Early Bird — limited to 100 units at the lowest price.
  • Early Bird — next 300 units at the early-bird price.
  • Presale Discount — once the 400 limited units are sold, remaining customers can buy at the presale discount price for the rest of the event period.

Q3: I’m in Europe — can I buy right away?

A: Before September 2, 2025 the site only accepts orders from United States, Canada, Mexico, and Australia. European customers should visit the Europe region page and leave their email to secure eligibility for the Super Early Bird offer and to receive the purchase link, instructions, and any region-specific codes when the Europe event starts.

Q4: When will my order ship?

A: Shipping windows vary by model and region. Please check the “Estimated shipping date” field on the product purchase page for the specific model and region you selected. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped in the order they were placed (first paid, first shipped).

Q5: If I order multiple units, can I get Super Early Bird prices for each unit?

A: Tier allocation is by order timestamp and quantity. If you place a single order for multiple units and that order completes while the Super Early Bird tier still has sufficient quantity available, those units in your order will receive the Super Early Bird price until the tier’s remaining quantity is exhausted. If there aren’t enough units left in that tier, the remaining units will be charged at the next available tier price.

Q6: Can I change my shipping address after I order?

A: You may update your shipping address before your order has shipped. Once the order is marked as shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please contact support ASAP with your order number.

Q7: How will I be notified of shipping and tracking?

A: You’ll receive an email notification when your order ships containing tracking information. You can also view order status in your account on our site.

Q8: How much is shipping? When will I be charged for shipping?

A: Free shipping for all orders.

Q9: Who do I contact for technical support or general questions?

A: Please email support@ultimea.com for technical support and general inquiries. Include your order number and any relevant photos or details for fastest service.
