Upgrade Policy for Projectors and Soundbars In Warranty

1. Eligibility for Upgrade Service
An upgrade exchange is available only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The original order was placed within the last 90 days.
- The original product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
- The item was purchased directly from an official ULTIMEA store.
- The original item must be brand‑new.

2. Return Shipping Fees:
- If the upgrade is due to a product issue or quality defect (seller’s responsibility):
  ➡ ULTIMEA will cover the return shipping cost.

- If the upgrade is requested due to personal preferences or non-defective reasons (customer’s decision):
  ➡ The customer is responsible for return shipping, which ranges from USD 20 to USD 50 depending on destination and carrier rates.
(The final shipping cost may vary depending on your location and carrier rates.)

3. Price‑Difference Calculation
Price difference = Current standard retail price – Original amount paid
- If the result is positive, the customer pays the difference.
- If the result is zero or negative, no additional charge or refund applies.

4. Warranty Policy for Upgraded Products
The warranty period for the upgraded product is based on the original order’s purchase date.
