Porjector and Soundbar Warranty Policy:

All newly purchased Ultimea products come with a limited time warranty. Ultimea offers standard TWO years warranty. Please refer to the chart below for the warranty timelines of each country.

In-Warranty

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Ultimea will repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.

If you need to contact us for an exchange or repair, please email us at support@ultimea.com or go to the contact us page for assistance.

If you did not purchase the unit directly from ultimea.com, please provide proof of purchase, a short description of the problem and model number to speed up the process.

Defective Exchange

At our discretion, we will repair or replace items under the terms of our warranty. Replacement units will be fully tested and repackaged (in like-new condition) to ensure the highest quality control and to prevent recurring issues.

Warranty Timeline

All newly purchased ULTIMEA products come with a limited-time warranty. ULTIMEA offers an EU standard 2-year warranty and an NA standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please refer to the chart below for the warranty timelines applicable to each country.

In-Warranty

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, ULTIMEA will repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts. Returns and shipping costs will be borne by ULTIMEA within the first year of the warranty period after receiving the product.
For warranty periods exceeding 1 year, return costs will be borne by the buyer, while shipping costs will be covered by ULTIMEA.

Defective Exchange Policy

At ULTIMEA, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to address any defects promptly and effectively.

1. Repair or Replacement

At our discretion, we will repair or replace items under the terms of our warranty. Replacement units will undergo thorough testing and repackaging to ensure the highest quality control and prevent recurring issues.

Exclusions

Our free warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

-Improper installation, misuse, or abuse of the screen

-Failure to follow the provided installation and operation instructions

-Accidents, fires, floods, or other external causes

-Unauthorized modifications or repairs

-Normal wear and tear

-Products or accessories damaged due to personal reasons

-Non-quality-related issues or hardware problems

-Lost or stolen products

-Items that have exceeded their warranty period

-Free products

-Repairs conducted by third parties that cause damage

-Purchases from illegitimate resources

2. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at support@ultimea.com.

A ULTIMEA representative will guide you through the claim process and provide any necessary documentation or evidence of the defect.

3. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation, demonstrating the date of purchase, is required to be eligible for warranty services.

4. Shipping Costs

If a warranty claim is approved, ULTIMEA will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product or accessories back to the customer.

5. Local Shop Repair Costs

The repairs are not recommended unless performed by a professional electronics repair technician. ULTIMEA will not provide free warranty service for personal damage to the product or aggravation of the problem. If repairs are conducted at a local shop, the customer must present a valid repair certificate and payment invoice. ULTIMEA can cover up to a maximum of $300 in repair fees. Any excess fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Accessories Warranty

Accessories come with a 1-year warranty. If there are quality problems with adapters, screws, or remote controls, ULTIMEA will provide new accessories free of charge within this period. After this time, accessory fees and shipping costs will apply for replacements.

7. Governing Law

This warranty policy is governed by and construed following the laws of the country or region where the product is shipped.
