Q: Why does this page say my model supports the app, but the one I bought doesn’t?
A: App control became available for the following models starting in March 2025:Poseidon D50, D60, Apollo S40, S40 Pro, and S50. If your unit was purchased before this update, it may not include app functionality.We’re continuously working to bring app compatibility to more models. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is here to help!
