2. Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $25 within our delivery areas in the US, Canada, Europe, and Japan. For customers with delivery addresses outside the regions mentioned above, shipping fees will apply based on the logistics company’s actual pricing.

3. Special Requirements

3-1. For Laser TVs

For laser TVs, a signature upon delivery is required for secure receipt. Your signature on the Proof of Delivery (POD) confirms package receipt; we are not liable for compensation claims if your signature appears on the POD. Please be advised that the complimentary 3D glasses included with your laser TV purchase will be shipped separately from the warehouse. Kindly keep an eye out for both packages.

3-2. For Laser TV Screens

The laser TV screen will be sent directly from China to your specified shipping address. We kindly ask for your assistance in ensuring smooth delivery.

4. Order Issues

4-1. Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update. Click here to Track order.

4-2. I have not received my order, what do I do?

If your order has a tracking number and your order hasn't arrived, allow 48 hours for it to update. If your order doesn’t have tracking, please contact us at support@ultimea.com with your order number and we will look into the issue. Please note delivery can be affected by local circumstances, which may push over our delivery time estimates.

4-3. It says my order was delivered, but I can’t find my package, what do I do?

If your tracking number says your package has been delivered and you can’t find it, please contact us and we will issue a refund claim on your behalf. Email us highlighting your issue and include your order and tracking numbers. Once we can verify your missing package, we will contact our delivery partners and try and resolve the issue. Rest assured that we will work diligently to deliver your products to you as quickly as possible.

5. General

5-1. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the final destination once the product is en route.

5-2. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes however, our products cannot be shipped together due to different shipping options. Regardless of circumstance, once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

5-3. About Tax

We have no additional tax on our products. In rare cases, orders may be charged customs fees by the customs authorities of the destination country, not by Ultimea. The customer is responsible for these charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no input on the customs authorities of any country. Please contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
