Standard Warranty Timeline

Soundbar, projector, and laser TV products are covered by the following standard warranty period, starting from the date of purchase.
Please note: Accessory products (such as projection screens, surround speaker stands, remote controls, cables, etc.) are not covered under this warranty period and are excluded from the standard warranty.

Defective Exchange Policy

At ULTIMEA, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to address any defects promptly and effectively.
Repair or Replacement within the standard warranty period:
Shipping Costs: Returns and shipping costs will be borne by ULTIMEA within the standard warranty period after receiving the product.
Repair or Replacement Fee: If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the standard warranty period, ULTIMEA will repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace new items under the terms of our warranty. Replacement units will undergo thorough testing and repackaging to ensure the highest quality control and prevent recurring issues.
Repair or Replacement exceeds the standard warranty period
  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The seller will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the buyer.
  • Repair or Replacement Fee:
For Soundbar's & Projector's repair or replacement with a new or "Used - Good" condition product, the buyer will pay a fee ranging from $50-$150, depending on the product and service required.
For Laser TV's repair or replacement with a new or "Used - Good" condition product, the buyer will pay a fee ranging from $300-$500, depending on the product and service required.

Exclusions

Our free warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
-Improper installation, misuse, or abuse of the screen
-Failure to follow the provided installation and operation instructions
-Accidents, fires, floods, or other external causes
-Unauthorized modifications or repairs
-Normal wear and tear
-Products or accessories are damaged due to personal reasons
-Non-quality-related issues or hardware problems
-Lost or stolen products
-Items that have exceeded their warranty period
-Free products
-Repairs conducted by third parties that cause damage
-Purchases from illegitimate resources

Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at support@ultimea.com.
A ULTIMEA representative will guide you through the claim process and provide any necessary documentation or evidence of the defect to speed up the process.
Such as a detailed description of the problem, and a model name, a product problem video/an image.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation, demonstrating the date of purchase, is required to be eligible for warranty services.

Shipping Costs

If a warranty claim is approved, ULTIMEA will cover the cost of return cost and shipping the repaired or replaced product or accessories back to the customer within the first year of the warranty period after receiving the product.

Local Shop Repair Costs

For Laser TV, the repairs are not recommended unless performed by a professional electronics repair technician. ULTIMEA will not provide free warranty service for personal damage to the product or aggravation of the problem. If repairs are conducted at a local shop, the customer must present a valid repair certificate and payment invoice. ULTIMEA can cover up to a maximum of $300 in repair fees. Any excess fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
For projectors and soundbars, we do not support repairs at local shops. If a customer proceeds with unauthorized repairs, ULTIMEA will not cover any repair costs. Furthermore, any damage caused during such unauthorized repairs will invalidate the warranty. Please contact ULTIMEA’s official service center for assistance and repairs.

Standard Parts Warranty

Accessories come with a 1-year warranty.
Separate accessories (adapters, screws, cables or remote controls). If there are quality problems, ULTIMEA will provide new accessories free of charge within this period.

Governing Law

This warranty policy is governed by and construed following the laws of the country or region where the product is shipped.

Product Warranty Extension Plan

Ultimea offers a 1 to 3-year warranty extension plan for most products. For more details, please refer to the information on this page: https://www.ultimea.com/pages/extended-warranty
Note:
  • Accessory products are not included in the extended warranty service
  • The extended warranty period provides coverage exclusively for repair and replacement services. Refunds for orders are not included under this plan
  • Refurbished products are not eligible for the warranty extension plan.
  • Each product is eligible for only one warranty extension purchase.

Terms for Partial Refunds and Warranty Services

For Laser TV:
Please note that accepting a partial refund of 20% or more will void the warranty service. If a warranty replacement is requested after such a refund, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and pay a replacement fee ranging from $300 to $1,000, depending on the refund amount.

For Soundbar & Projector:
  • If the refund amount exceeds 30% of the order value, the warranty service will be voided. Any future warranty claims may require the customer to cover return shipping and pay a replacement fee ranging from 50% to 70% of the original refund amount.

  • This warranty policy is subject to change without prior notice.
  • The warranty provided here includes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
  • For purchases made on ultimea.com, please provide proof of purchase, a short description of the problem, and a model name to speed up the process.
  • For products purchased from local retail stores or other dealers, contact the seller first for warranty service, as ULTIMEA does not provide free warranty services in such cases.

Add-on Components Warranty Policy

This policy applies to accessory products such as projector screens, surround speaker stands, and other peripheral items.
  1. Accessories Purchased Separately (via Product Page Orders):
    1. Warranty Period: 6 months from the date of purchase.
    2. Please note: If the order receives a refund of more than 10%, the free warranty service for the accessory will be voided.
  2. Free Accessories Included in Buy-One-Get-One Bundles or Promotional Packages:
    1. Warranty Period: 30 days from the date of delivery.
    2. These free accessories are not eligible for extended warranty or replacement service after 30 days.
If any quality issues arise within the warranty period, the customer needs to provide the order screenshot, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.
After confirmation by the seller, all replacement costs will be covered by the seller.
For issues reported after the warranty period has expired, the customer is advised to re-purchase the item. You may contact the seller to get an exclusive discount code for your repurchase.
