My first S80 order was faulty, but Ultimea acted quickly and correctly, and I received the replacement device with the next shipment. The sound of the soundbar takes some getting used to, the treble is a bit low, but overall it sounds good. I don't have a problem with the volume of the rear speakers, they sound quite loud with the right source. I am pleased.

Have you tried updating our website with the latest custom software version V142 for the Nova S80? This version has improved sound quality and sky unit results. Perhaps you could also try to download it. We apologize that the initial sound quality did not meet your expectations.

After waiting for a while I finally received my nova-s80 soundbar. I had a tcl ray danz which the nova-s80 replaced. Well it blows the tcl away the sound is so clear and the atmos is very good for a soundbar at this price. My tcl was very bass heavy even on 0 and was only a 3 1 system. I am very pleased with ultimea and they have been brilliant with customer service. My 4k atmos movie collection have never sounded so good. Thank you ultimea 👍🏽

Superbe barre de son, seul petit problème à mon goût, les 2 enceintes arrières surround sont bien trop faible, on entend à peine le son !

Great product for this price. The sound quality is great, the only thing is that the subwoofer is a bit weak despite the fact I set it up to the maximum bass.
