How to Participate

The Trade-in Program follows the Kickstarter delivery and processing timeline. All dates are estimates.

Trade-in Value

The trade-in refund amount is determined by the purchase date of the original Ultimea soundbar:
*Notes:
  • Refunds are issued after the new X100 or X100 Dual is received.
  • The final refund amount may be adjusted if core components are missing or functional issues are found during inspection.
  • Ultimea will confirm the final approved refund amount by email before processing.

Eligibility Requirements

1.Eligible Customers

To participate in the Trade-In Program, applicants must complete the trade-in form, and eligibility is restricted to customers located in the United States or European Union and limited to the first 200 qualified participants who meet the requirements outlined below.
  • Only backers who pledged on March 12 through the official Ultimea Kickstarter campaign are eligible for the trade-in program.

  • You can provide valid proof of purchase for: the Kickstarter order and the original trade-in product.

  • Each eligible product may be used only once for trade-in.

  • Products previously used in any upgrade or trade-in program are not eligible again.

2.Eligible Trade-in Products

Purchase source
  • Must be an original Ultimea product purchased from an official Ultimea store or authorized platform, including:Amazon, Walmart, Temu, Best Buy, The Home Depot, TikTok, OTTO, eBay, Kaufland, Cdiscount, Fnac, PcComponentes, Carrefour, Allegro, MediaMarkt, AliExpress, and BOL.
  • Purchases from third-party sellers, unauthorized resellers, local agents, or refurbished channels are not eligible.
Product status
  • Within the original warranty period at the time of application.
  • Not refurbished.
  • No full or partial refunds previously issued.
  • Purchase platform and order number must be verifiable.
Product condition & inspection
  • Core components must be included:soundbar; subwoofer (if applicable); surround speakers (if applicable).
  • Missing accessories such as cables or remote controls are acceptable.
  • The product must power on and function normally.
  • If defects, missing core components, or functional issues are found, Ultimea will confirm the adjusted refund amount by email.
  • If the returned product fails to meet participation requirements or a final refund cannot be agreed, the customer must cover return shipping costs.

3.Eligible Trade-in Models

Only the specific Ultimea models listed in the official Trade-in Model List are eligible.
*Note: Models not listed are not accepted for this program.

Policy Details & Additional Terms

Shipping & Returns

  • Ultimea covers the return shipping cost for eligible trade-in products.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs only in rare cases where returns fall outside program rules, and the returned product does not meet participation requirements or a refund cannot be agreed on.
  • Returned products that are damaged, incomplete, or non-functional may result in a reduced refund, confirmed by email.

Delivery

  • New devices ship according to the Kickstarter fulfillment schedule.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary.
  • Estimated deliveries are scheduled for mid to late May.

Warranty & Support

  • X100 and X100 Dual are covered by Ultimea’s standard warranty starting from the date of receipt.
  • Warranty terms follow Ultimea’s standard policy for new products.
  • Customers must:
    • Ensure returned products include all core components;
    • Keep shipment and tracking records;
    • Contact Ultimea Customer Service promptly if issues arise with the new device.
